About Us

At Autism Health Services, we are committed to delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a manner that is culturally responsive, respectful, and inclusive of the diverse communities we serve.
We recognize that culture influences communication styles, family structure, values, parenting practices, learning preferences, and perspectives on disability and treatment. Our clinical approach integrates these factors into assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery to ensure that care is individualized and meaningful to each family.
Our Commitment
We are dedicated to:
•    Treating all clients and families with dignity and respect
•    Providing services without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, language, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or socioeconomic status
•    Recognizing and addressing potential cultural and linguistic barriers to care
•    Incorporating family values and priorities into treatment goals
•    Promoting equitable access to evidence-based services
Linguistic Accessibility
We strive to communicate with families in their preferred language whenever possible. When needed, we coordinate interpreter services or translation support to ensure families can fully understand:
•    Assessment findings
•    Treatment recommendations
•    Progress reports
•    Consent forms and service agreements
Clear communication is essential to informed decision-making and collaborative care.
Individualized & Family-Centered Approach
Treatment goals are developed in partnership with families and reflect culturally relevant priorities. We recognize that socially significant behaviors may vary across cultural contexts, and we ensure that intervention targets are aligned with family values and community norms.
Caregiver participation is encouraged in a manner that respects each family’s structure, responsibilities, and lived experiences.
Ongoing Professional Development
Our clinical team engages in ongoing training and professional development related to:
•    Cultural humility
•    Implicit bias awareness
•    Ethical service delivery
•    Trauma-informed care
•    Equity in healthcare access
We continuously evaluate our practices to improve inclusivity and responsiveness.
Continuous Improvement
Autism Health Services maintains internal quality assurance processes to monitor equitable service delivery and address concerns related to cultural responsiveness. Feedback from families is welcomed and used to inform service improvements.

We look forward to working with you and your family and hope that you give us a call today!
